Job Description :

Responsiblities :
***Operation & Coordination:
• - Monitor and coordinate daily activities across stores in Thailand.
• - Support the implementation of business, marketing, and HR plans.
• - Ensure consistency in display, merchandise flow, and team engagement.
****External Relations:
• - Work with shopping malls and partners (e.g., Central Group, Robinson) on contracts and promotions.
• - Represent the company in dealings with service providers and local authorities.
• - Join meetings and act as interpreter (Thai – Vietnamese – English) as needed.
*** Administrative & Reporting:
• - Draft basic documents, bilingual letters, or contracts as needed.
• - Summarize and report weekly/monthly/quarterly business operations.
• - Assist with purchasing, HR coordination, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Fluent in Thai and Vietnamese (English is a plus).
- Experience in retail, assistant roles, or coordination work.
- Familiarity with Thai working culture and local practices.
- Strong organizational and independent working skills.
- Preferred: Thai nationals who studied/worked in Vietnam or Vietnamese living long-term in Thailand.
