Job Description :

Responsiblities :
-Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy to drive growth and profitability
-Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team and cultivate a high-performance culture throughout the organization
-Oversee all company operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence across all departments
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
-Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions and mitigate risks
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media interactions
-Foster innovation and drive digital transformation initiatives to maintain a competitive edge
-Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

-Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles within iGaming, betting, or related industries, with at least 5 years in the Indonesian and Thailand markets
-Expertise: Proven ability to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in Indonesia, ensuring full compliance with local laws and international standards
-Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing, diverse team
-Strategic Mindset: Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, driving profitability, and scaling operations in competitive digital environments
-Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, financial planning, and revenue growth strategies
-Language Skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of Asian languages is a plus
-Values-Driven: Demonstrated ability to embody Ownership by taking full responsibility for country corporate strategy formation and execution, as well as Initiative by identifying new business models and leading innovative projects
