About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, organised manager to help grow our tissue culture plant business. You’ll oversee sales, marketing, and production, but you won’t be doing it all yourself — you'll manage a small team:
* A Marketing Rep (handles FB & IG posts)
* A Production Rep (handles plant production)
Your role is to coordinate, lead, and grow — not to do all the work. You’ll report directly to the founders and have space to bring your ideas.

Qualifications :
* Thai national with strong English
* Non-Thai applicants welcome if you can legally work in Thailand (visa/work permit must be arranged independently)
* Confident in sales or marketing, with some leadership experience
* Good with communication, planning, and problem-solving
* (Nice to have): Proven experience in a related role (horticulture, biotech, agri-business, or similar)
* (Nice to have): Strong understanding of plant production and/or commercial plant sales
* Based in Chiang Mai or very close by

* Competitive monthly pay, based on experience - between 27,000 THB - 45,000 THB for full time (8 hours / day) monthly contribution

Estimated 7-8 hours / day for full time
