Responsiblities :
Solaire is a French-founded premium sun care brand headquartered in Dubai, now expanding into Thailand and the ASEAN region. We build two things: a range of luxury sunscreen products, and Helios — the world's first automatic sunscreen misting machine, designed for the finest beach clubs, resorts, and pool venues.

We are at the very beginning of our Thailand journey. You won't be employee number 150. You'll be one of the first people on the ground, with real ownership of the commercial story we are about to write.

The role

We are looking for a hungry, sharp, relationship-driven Sales Executive to introduce Helios to Thailand's hospitality scene — 5-star resorts, premium beach clubs, pool bars, rooftops, and wellness destinations.

You will be the face of Helios in front of General Managers, F&B Directors, Operations Managers, Spa Managers and procurement teams. Your job is to open doors, book demos, close deals, and grow each account into a long-term partnership.

What you'll do

- Build a pipeline of target venues across Bangkok and Phuket
- Prospect actively: cold calls, cold visits, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events — whatever it takes to get in front of decision-makers
- Present Helios live to hospitality leaders, run product demos, handle objections, negotiate contracts
- Build genuine relationships with GMs and key operators — the kind that last beyond a single sale
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract
- Nurture installed clients to drive refill reorders and generate referrals

Qualifications :

Who we're looking for
- We care less about your years of experience than about your drive, your hustle, and your ability to build trust with premium clients.
- Thai national, fluent in Thai and professional English (Mandarin is a big plus)
- Some B2B sales experience — ideally in hospitality, F&B supply, wellness, luxury equipment, or any premium sector. Motivated juniors with the right attitude are welcome to apply
- Existing contacts in the Thai hospitality industry, or a clear plan for how you'll build them fast
- Charismatic, well-presented, comfortable walking into a 5-star resort and asking to speak with the GM
- Resilient and self-driven — you don't need someone behind you to stay productive
- Curious about beauty, wellness, and hospitality innovation
- Willing to travel regularly between Bangkok and Phuket
