Project Supervisor

Responsiblities :
1. To supervise and coordinate daily fabrication, installation, workshop and site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedule.
2. To lead and supervise a team of welders, fitters, helpers and other workers, ensuring proper work methods, productivity and quality standards are maintained.
3. To coordinate with the Project/Operations team and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
4. To ensure all necessary manpower, tools, equipment and materials are available and ready for work when required.
5. To monitor work progress and manpower utilisation, and prepare daily manpower and work progress reports as required.
6. To ensure proper use, maintenance and safe handling of workshop tools, machinery, equipment and materials.
7. To conduct site/workshop inspections and identify any defects, issues or delays, and coordinate the necessary rectification works.
8. To monitor and control material usage, tools and equipment to minimise wastage and support cost and productivity improvement.
9. To ensure all work activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company HSE requirements, applicable Thai laws and regulations, and relevant project requirements.
10. To perform other duties and responsibilities within the employee’s capability as assigned by the management from time to time, including supporting other projects or operational activities when required.
