1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Management or related industry.
2. Minimum 3 Years experience as Factory Manager in Agriculture / Food Related Industry

4. Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skill.
5. Strong Management and Leadership Skill.
