BKS has been established almost 40 years ago in Belgium as a service provider for any kind of industrial knives.

Over time BKS has developed a business unit focusing exclusively on the grinding and production of
Pelletizing & Pulverizing knives. Motivated by its success in Europe BKS has opened two grinding centers in Indonesia (2014) and Thailand (2016) and has acquired a sharpening center in Luxemburg (2015).

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :

Responsiblities :
- Managing and optimizing the overall operations of a workshop (10 employees)
o Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
and maintaining current quality standards
o Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
o Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

- Managing all the operations within your region/country
o This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
o Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
o Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring
and training.

- Managing the sales team (2 employees)
o The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of the job, therefore
the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
o Screening competition products solutions, the suppliers market and defining exact
specification and sourcing requirements will be part of the job. The candidate will also
be involved in the market launch of these products, systems or new markets.

The profile we are looking for is an all-rounder who works on the highest level with us and our future customers and she/he will profit from a very intense and interesting experience. You will be confronted with all aspects of investing, launching, developing, financing and controlling projects in fats moving industry.

BKS is an SME, therefore its main focus remains on people. We are looking for a candidate that would be interested to working with us on the long term to grow our business.

- Proven managerial experience
- A Country Manager job requires a strong understanding of how a business operates and
successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) :
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise is a plus
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making, networking and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both
written and verbal communication skills..
- Excellent written and spoken English is necessary for this job
