Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for overseeing the dyeing process & production of wool tops and Wool package yarn dyeing to ensure high-quality and consistent results.
- Role is essential in maintaining the SOP in Thai/English, quality, efficiency and compliance of various dyeing & treatment operations.
Key Responsibilities: -
Dyeing Process-Oversee & coordinate the entire dyeing process of wool tops & yarn including preparation, dyeing ,finishing ,winding ,packing etc.
Dye Recipe & shade matching -Ensure the correct preparation of dyeing recipes, color matching and accurate application of dyes to achieve the desired shade & quality.
Equipment Operation-Dyeing mcs operation & training to operators, maintain the dyeing mcs and ensure they are in good working condition and properly calibrated.
Quality Control-Implement quality control measures such as colour fastness , shade variation and unevenness, Testing of incoming dyes & chemicals etc.
Production Scheduling -Plan & schedule production to meet customer requirements & deadlines while optimizing the use of resources.
Chemical handling -Safely handle and manage the chemicals & dyes adhering to safety and environment regulations. Keep all MSDS and responsible for audits.
Inventory Management -maintain inventory levels of dyes /chemicals, Raw materials, packing material and other overall material management required for dyehouse.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Identify & address the equipment issues ,ensure prompt maintenance and repair as and when necessary after following with maint dept.
Compliance - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to the dyehouse.
Team Building – Supervise & train dyeing personnel, fostering a culture of team work, continuous improvement ,5S, Lean manufacturing etc.
