Employee requirements
Prerequisite: Excellent knowledge of Swedish (C1/C2) - both spoken and written.
Experience in telephone customer service or sales would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented and motivated to work.
Ability to work in a team.
Good work organization and independence.
Computer literacy and basic knowledge of office software.
