One of our key partners is seeking a passionate and strategic Content Manager with a sharp understanding of media trends, formats, and audience behaviors in the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Building and executing a content strategy for the website and social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Planning and launching special projects, shows, field productions, collaborations, and creative campaigns. Ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice and overall marketing goals.
Team Management:
Leading the content team: writers, journalists, video creators, designers, and freelancers. Setting tasks, controlling deadlines, providing feedback, and improving team performance.
Content Production Oversight:
Full responsibility for the quality and consistency of all content — articles, videos, podcasts, social media posts, special formats.
Managing production processes for offline shoots, on-site events, and video shows.
KPI Ownership:
Delivering key performance indicators: traffic growth, engagement (ER), audience growth, reach, and content-driven monetization metrics.
Working closely with the marketing team on distribution strategies (organic + paid). Innovation &
Growth:
Constantly researching trends, formats, and competitor activity. Proposing and launching new formats to engage audiences and grow the brand.
