หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :

Responsiblities :
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Finance and Accounting:
• Manage bank relationships, reporting to the Group CFO.
• Bank payment approver, reporting to the Group CFO.
• Manage Cash flow and put up monthly cash flow forecast, provide NFP report for group finance purposes, reporting to the Group CFO.
• Reconciliation of Interco balances, reporting to Group CFO.
• Provide information and assistance to external auditors and accountants as part of their work related to VAT, and the annual audit.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice and payment tracking.
• Assist with expense report reconciliation and employee reimbursement.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures in collaboration with the finance department or external accountant.
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and budget tracking.
• Manage year-end audit and Income Tax reporting, liaise with Thai external accountant, reporting to the Group CFO.

Human Resources Support:
• Act as the local HR liaison for staff, handling monthly payroll and tax calculation with payroll company. Handle initial queries regarding policies and benefits. Work closely with the Regional HR.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: assist with onboarding (paperwork, setup, orientation), changes, and offboarding procedures, work visa applications.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential employee records and files (both digital and physical).
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, insurance, etc.

Office Administration & Operations:
• Primary contact point with local government entities, including Customs, Labor, Department of Business Development, Revenue, Police, Marine Department, etc., reporting to the Country Manager.
• Handling insurance matters, reporting to the Country Manager with update to Group CFO.
• Manage the overall office environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, well-organized, and fully operational.
• Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning, security, utilities).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management issues and office equipment maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.

Service & Communications:
• Act as a first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing professional and friendly service.
• Manage general email inboxes and phone lines, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Oversee mail and package distribution, including courier services.



Sales and Service Administrative Support:
• Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, emails and walk-ins).
• Liaise with brokers for generating new yacht listings advertisement and manage subsequent changes.
• Assist the company’s events such as boat shows, brokerage shows and participate rendezvous.
• Manage stock boat movements, licenses and documentations.
• Manage and assist with entry exit permits for boat crew and overseas yacht delivery crews.
• Manage berthing for stock / consignment boats.
And ad-hoc duties as requested by the Company.

คุณสมบัติ :

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting / Finance & administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting software (Xero) and HRIS platform is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional organisation skills to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thail with a customer-service orientation.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide guidance to administrative staff if applicable.
