Overseas Operation Management Trainee เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกหัดฝ่ายบริหารการดำเนินงานต่างประเทศ

Responsiblities :
1. Overseas Market Research & Analysis การวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ตลาดต่างประเทศ

- Collect and analyze market trends and industry developments in target countries
รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดและอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศเป้าหมาย
- Study competitors’ operational strategies and user growth models
ศึกษากลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานและรูปแบบการเติบโตของคู่แข่ง
- Analyze user behavior and consumption patterns in different regions
วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมและรูปแบบการบริโภคของผู้ใช้ในแต่ละภูมิภาค

2. User Growth & Operations Execution การขยายฐานผู้ใช้และการดำเนินงาน

- Assist in planning and executing online promotions and user growth campaigns
ช่วยวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาดออนไลน์
- Participate in campaign mechanism design (reward rules, conversion paths, incentive schemes)
มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบกลไกแคมเปญ (กติการางวัล เส้นทางการเปลี่ยนผู้ใช้ แผนจูงใจ)
- Monitor key operational metrics (CAC, conversion rate, retention rate, ROI)
ติดตามตัวชี้วัดสำคัญ เช่น ต้นทุนการได้มาซึ่งลูกค้า อัตราการเปลี่ยนแปลง อัตราการคงอยู่ และผลตอบแทนการลงทุน

3. Data Analysis & Business Optimization การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและพัฒนาธุรกิจ

- Compile and organize operational data reports
จัดทำและสรุปรายงานข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน
- Analyze user lifecycle and behavioral journeys
วิเคราะห์วงจรชีวิตและเส้นทางพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้
- Identify business issues and propose improvement solutions
ระบุปัญหาทางธุรกิจและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง

4. Cross-Department Collaboration การประสานงานระหว่างแผนก

- Collaborate with the product team to optimize user experience

- Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives
