We are Deluxe Class Serviced Apartments Buildings located in 2 locations in the prime Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Our rooms are tastefully decorated, complete with full facilities and amenities, such as Master Bed, Kitchen, Cupboards, Lounge Area, TV, VCR with full satellite functions, Balcony, as well full function tastefully designed bathrooms with bathtub. The buildings are equipped with full facilities, such as Car Park, Lobby, Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna, Party Space, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree or other degree in Business Management, Sales or other business-related management is required.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales field,
- Knowledge Thailand Sales Areas whether Corporate companies in Office Buildings, Industrial Estates, etc.
- Familiar with computer software and able to work effectively independently
- Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Hotel software such as Xero or Express or other Hotel Management software
- Good command of both spoken and written Thai and English. Also, speaking Japanese or Chinese is a good option
- Familiarize with the express system
- Strong vocal and communication skill
- Able to conduct property rentals effectively
- Good understanding of product
