Responsiblities :
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records in both digital and physical formats • Create and update PowerPoint presentations and workflow documents • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately • Manage daily office operations, including supplies and administrative needs • Coordinate with the production team and ensure client updates and requirements are communicated clearly • Maintain accurate and timely records of production reports, shipment updates, and general information • Ensure the office area is organized and information is properly filed and accessible

Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator who will be based at our client’s factory in Samut Sakhon. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work, good computer skills, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external clients. This role is suitable for candidates comfortable working in a factory office setting. Training will be provided on internal systems and workflow.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred. Recent graduates with internship or previous office work experience are also welcome. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word excel • Good written communication in English • Able to work in a factory environment and coordinate across teams
