Fit-Out Project Manager

The main responsibility of the Fit-out Project Manager to organise, supervise and coordinate the project and onsite staff (daily communication with Contractors, Suppliers and stakeholders on each operating project is expected) to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the
quality of workmanship specified.

• Assessment for the Potential Site as per the Brand Requirements and coordinating with Property department to finalising the locations.
• Working on the Concept Layout/ Test Fits along with Design Team to finalise the locations.
• Prepare/Review complete packages of Architectural, MEP drawings & BOQ to ensure to comply with building management guidelines and the Authority Guidelines.
• Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
• Follow the tender bidding process with the Procurement department and provide answers for RFQs which Submitted through the Bidders.
• Establish and implement the Project Management Plan
• Supervising Ongoing Work on Site for The Quality Control, Timely Completion Within Budget & Handing Over to Client, Ensure That Contractors/Suppliers Comply with The Deliveries as Per the LOA /Contract.
• Responsible for Procuring the Entire Project Related Items from the suppliers along with client, Review & approved shop drawings based on the final design and site conditions, review all the projects related invoices and submit to finance.
• Review & assessment all change requests by the contractors related to Civil & MEP works.
• Develop and control communication plans with all stakeholders.
• Coordinating With all Company Departments to Make Sure the Communication Plan Is in Action.
• Evaluating and Monitoring Project Budget.
• Monitoring and Controlling Scope of Work.
• Following Up Procurement Plan and Purchasing Orders.
• Following Up Project Documents.
• Develop and Monitoring Quality Plan
• Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation
management.
• Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes.
• Prepare Weekly Reports for the Property Meeting with all the stakeholders provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project.
• Coordinating with Project Department team to get all the relevant details to execute the project based on the Brand Standard.
