Responsiblities :
I am looking for a reliable English-speaking person to work with me from my office near Asok BTS in Bangkok.

The role involves supporting our UK and Filipino back-office teams by managing a busy inbox and returning calls to our UK customers.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and responding to emails in a busy inbox

Returning calls and communicating with UK clients and customers

Supporting coordination with our UK and Filipino back-office teams

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent English (spoken and written)

Be confident speaking on the telephone with clients

Be organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks

Working arrangement:

Initially 5 days per week in the office during the training period

After training, some remote work will be possible

Working hours:

UK hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Light remote cover on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) just to keep things running, as weekends are typically quiet.

I am also open to two people sharing the role to cover the hours, as I appreciate the schedule may be unconventional.
