Job Description :

Responsiblities :
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers in industries such as:
- Power Plants
- Industrial Plants
- Biomass Plants
- Petrochemical Industries
- Steel, Cement, and related industries
• Present the company’s products and services, including:
- Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
- Bag Filter Systems
- Air Pollution Control Systems
- Boiler Retrofit Solutions
- Energy Saving Systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and sales negotiations to close projects.


2. Technical Sales & Project Coordination
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Follow up on project opportunities and sales activities continuously.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contract agreements with customers.
3. Sales Team Management
• Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide coaching, team development, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
4. Domestic Market Expansion
• Study market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within Thailand.
• Identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business-related activities within Thailand.

Qualifications :

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.
• Experience in the following industries will be an advantage:
- Power Plants
- Boiler Systems
- Air Pollution Control Systems
- Environmental Systems
- EPC Projects
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of technical sales and industrial project businesses.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Ability to travel for customer visits and upcountry business trips.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of air pollution control systems or energy systems is preferred.
